Stewardship Portfolio Management

Our Stewardship Portfolio Management service is intended for clients who wish to leave the day-to-day supervision of their investments in the hands of a experienced professional.   Discretionary management frees you from the time commitment necessary to successfully research and oversee an investment portfolio. Even if you are a knowledgeable investor, it may be more time effective to focus your energies on your career, and family life, and leave the active monitoring of your investments to us.  A COIN advisor assists you in selecting an investment strategy that is appropriate for your goals and needs. The COIN portfolio manager puts the strategy into effect, supervises your investments on a day-to-day basis, and submits to you monthly updates and a comprehensive yearly performance review.  You always have access directly to your portfolio manager if you require guidance or if your situation changes between consultations and you are never locked into any investment, so if you need to liquidate an investment to meet a sudden financial need, you may do so.

Custody of Assets

While COIN remains the primary point of contact for all of your investment accounts, we have ensured the safe keeping of your assets to Folio Institutional. Acting as custodian, Folio will maintain separate and independent records of all important account information and provide online access to statements, confirmations, tax documents, transaction history, and more. Each of our clients have their own individual account with their own secure username and password.

Stewardship Portfolio Management Fees

Our fee structure ensures that COIN's interests are aligned with those of our clients. We do not believe in a commission-based compensation scheme since this would reward an advisor for making trades in a client's account rather than for making the account increase in value.

Assets Under Management (AUM) fee structure: Annual 1.00% of AUM.  Payed quarterly in arrears. Minimum quarterly fee $250.
